Course Details
Courses run twice per term (online) (Commencing weeks 2 & 5)
Courses cost:
$660 per club per course; or (Includes up to two participants from the club)
$2,750 per Club for any 5 courses
Sessions are for 1 hour each
Phone support for participants for 12 months
Course Structure

| 1 | Start your Plan | Collect information to finish your Plan in Session 2 |
| 2 | Finish your Plan | Refine and finalise your Plan |
| 3 | Present your Plan | Present the Plan to your Club’s Committee / Board; and Implement your Plan at your Club |
| 4 | progress | Continue to implement the plan and develop your club |
| Sessions 1 – 3 occur in three consecutive weeks. Session 4 occurs approximately 4 weeks after session 3 to allow time to present your Plan to the club and start the implementation process | ||
