Community Sports Insights Survey
The Community Sports Insights Survey gives us guidance on members’ perceptions of the club’s relative strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and an indication of the members’ loyalty, engagement and satisfaction with respect to the club.
The survey is completed by Club members/stakeholders, before Club Builder collects and analyses the data, using the responses to generate a Strategic Insights Report that is presented back to Club Leaders.
Within this report, the Club has access to:
Analysis of respondent demographics
The Club’s Net Promoter Score
Qualitative Analysis of responses to open-ended questions
Assessment of Club performance in Club Development areas
Identification of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats

Sporting Facilities Insights Survey
The Club Builder Sporting Facilities Insights Survey (SFIS) provides your Club with feedback on the quality of its facilities.
The survey is taken by participants, parents, and other members of the Club, who respond to questions about the Club’s Facilities, both sporting and non-sporting. The survey responses provide Club Leaders with objective data on the Club’s relative strengths and weaknesses, which can be benchmarked and compared over time both internally and externally. The data works as a valuable resource for long-term strategic planning, as well as negotiating with stakeholders including local council, state government, and sporting governing bodies.
After respondents have completed the Survey, Club Builder analyses the responses and presents Club Leaders with the Sporting Facilities Insights Report. The report will demonstrate the relative strengths and weaknesses of the Club’s facilities and identify the key areas and opportunities for improvement.

CLUB CULTURE INDEX QUESTIONNAIRE
The Club Builder Club Culture Index Questionnaire (CCIQ) provides an objective measurement of how Clubs rate from the perspective of Culture.
The questionnaire is taken by members of the Club, who respond to questions about specific areas of Club Culture, including Diversity & Inclusion, Family-Friendly Environment, Social Environment, On-field environment, and Governance and Administration.
After respondents have completed the Questionnaire, Club Builder analyses the responses and presents Club Leaders with the Club Culture Index Report. The report enhances understanding of the Club’s culture through the eyes of members, identifying opportunities to improve and grow Club Culture and setting a benchmark for future comparison.
